Walk Schedule

Schedule of weekly walks

Neighborhood walks are back, as noted below!

Regular weekly walks are back! For the most up to date information, see our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/JustWalkSalem

We are excited to be walking together again!

If you are not yet comfortable joining one of our walks, we encourage you to take time every day to walk in your neighborhood. Even a walk around the block has benefits. Every season offers unique beauty all around us that can only be observed and appreciated on foot.

Here is what to expect on our scheduled walks:

Note: although the walks happen each week, there's no weekly commitment or registration required, and you don't have to live in the neighborhood to participate. Feel free to drop in and Just Walk! Keep in mind that for safety reasons, we request that walk leaders do not go out unless there are at least two other walkers. All walks are free. A release of liability form will be provided by leaders for a signature. You only need to sign the first time you participate in a Just Walk weekly walk.

This symbol means that dogs are welcome as walking partners! All dogs should be friendly, leashed, and up-to-date on shots for the safety of walkers and other dogs.
