Salem-Keizer Safe Routes to School

Check out the work being done at the Salem-Keizer Safe Routes to School program! This organization promotes access to walking, bicycling, and rolling to school for students and families. By providing education, activities, and resources, they work to make it easier for students to choose active and shared transportation options for navigating their communities.

Their projects include an annual art contest for all students in the district grades K-5, recommended walking route maps for all the elementary schools, and walk + roll events during the school year. Visit their website for more information.
